The eSurvey site is an online application that allows you, the student, to give feedback about your instructor and your overall online learning experience. St. Philip's College has seen tremendous growth in online enrollment and projects that within five years the sum of courses being taken online will equal that of conventional courses.
Log on using your PALS user name. If you do not know your PALS user name, CLICK HERE to retrieve your password. Once you have your user name, come back to this eSurvey and use it to log in.Your initial password is: First Two characters of Your Last name in UPPER CASE followed by the Last Six digits of your Social Security Number.
NOTE: The password format is strictly as stated above. If you changed your password in PALS, DO NOT use it to try to login to your eSurvey.
Example: John Doe, SSN = 123987654
John Doe's Login = JDOE
John Doe's Password = DO987654
Once logged on, go to the Student Survey's tab and from here you will be presented with a drop down list of the available surveys. Not all courses have been selected for eSurvey, so if you are enrolled in a course but do not see it listed this is normal behavior. However, if you were told by your instructor to complete the course evaluation via eSurvey and do not see your course listed, please contact Support Central at 220-1616 for assistance. eSurvey was created and is maintained by ACCD Information Technologies
